The room was dirty and musty, and the tub was gross. There was no real service either. I had to take out my own trash, make my own bed, and bring used towels to the check-in desk to ask for clean ones. Usually nobody was there, so I had to ring the phone for help. There was a $150 pet charge, which felt ridiculous given how filthy the place already was. My dogs couldn't have made it any worse. The hallways smelled strongly of pot, and the other guests seemed very shady. On several nights I heard running, laughing, and yelling at 3 a.m. There was even a parking spot reserved for police. Planes flew very low overhead; on the third floor the room shook and the noise was loud. This was the worst hotel I've stayed in. I won't stay at an Extended Stay again. A few more dollars for a better hotel would be worth it.

I will keep speaking up until I get justice, even if I have to take this to the CEO. This branch refused to accept my weekly payment and the payment for a pending reservation, then made me pack up and leave. I had to gather my things and go. I wasn't homeless, a criminal, or a fugitive. I was a person, just like you. I never misused hotel property, had any guests, or made noise. Give me one reason I deserved this treatment. I believe I was discriminated against, and the way I was treated was inhumane and irresponsible for hotel workers whose job is to serve guests fairly. Don't think you're superior to the people who walk in. Some guests have far more life experience than you may assume. I believe this deserves an investigation, and I'm sure I'm not the only person who has been treated this way. If you're planning to stay at this branch, be careful when paying and get receipts. Stop disrespecting people or judging them. Everyone deserves a life and fair treatment. You could meet us somewhere else and expect fair service when you need it. One day you may remember that treating people fairly is the right thing to do.

Cockroaches were crawling on the walls, bathroom floor, under the bed, in drawers, and even in my luggage. Every night I worried about taking them home. The place felt like a last resort hostel, and I can't believe it's still operating. Corporate needs to step in. If sleeping with roaches and being verbally abused sounds fine to you, go ahead; otherwise stay away. There are cleaner, friendlier, cheaper places within a five-minute drive. The front desk was awful. In more than 250 hotel stays, I've never met staff this rude and hostile. Manuel, an Asian male employee, was especially confrontational. He overcharged my card without explaining why and talked about other guests in openly racist, derogatory terms where the whole lobby could hear. I saw him yell at guests of color over small issues and treat people with contempt. At first I wondered if I was being singled out because I'm white, but it soon seemed clear that he treated POC even worse. Manager Mark yelled at employees in front of guests and showed no interest in fixing problems. Except for one polite morning employee, nobody greeted guests or offered even a small courtesy. Simple requests got eye-rolls and arguments. Manuel is named in dozens of recent Google and TripAdvisor reviews describing the same behavior, so this seems to be an ongoing problem management won't address.

A pipe burst during our stay and flooded everything. We lost thousands of dollars' worth of belongings and had to evacuate and move our things as quickly as we could. The company did nothing to compensate us. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. When we first got to our room, it reeked of cigarettes, so we had to downgrade to a smaller, uncomfortable room. My family was talking about the stay around the dinner table when we remembered how bad it had been. Do your best to avoid this place.

The second room had hair and pubic hair on the bed, dirty footprints all over the floor, and a bathroom garbage can with used condoms in it. I was so disgusted. I don't believe either room was cleaned or had its sheets changed, and I can't understand how this is allowed. People pay good money and shouldn't have to sleep in filth or risk skin diseases and bed bugs. The first room they assigned us also had hair all over the bed, as if it had been made without changing the sheets or pillowcases. They moved us to another room, and it was just as bad. This is the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. I couldn't make it through the full two nights. Save your money and don't come here. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
