Breakfast was a great start to a busy day. So many choices, and everything was clean, organized, fresh, and delicious. We needed a good meal before packing up our son’s household and getting him ready to move. This was our second stay, in Feb. 2026, and we ended up right across from the room we had last time. Haha. The bed and pillows were great, and I slept really well. There are 2 tvs, a couch, and a kitchenette, so my husband and I had plenty of room. The large tub had shelf space for our things, and the water pressure and temperature were spot on. My husband thought the shower head could be a little higher and the water less hot. I like it hot, though, so he can turn it down. lol On our first trip, in October 2025, the room was clean, with a comfortable bed and lots of space in the room and bathroom. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful, and there was plenty of parking. Both visits get 12 out of 10 stars. Thank you!!

He canceled our confirmed reservation without telling us, left us stranded, and then refused to take responsibility. James A. is completely unfit to work with military families. When we asked for his supervisor’s contact information, he tried to pass off the hotel’s general number as his boss’s. It wasn’t. He doesn’t follow policy, honor bookings, or seem to care about the people he’s supposed to serve. The management here is a disgrace. This is not someone who should be in charge, especially at a facility serving military personnel and their families.

I understand if I had to be moved to make room for someone on active duty, but they should have told me that. Instead, a day after I booked online for my family’s trip through New Mexico, the reservation was canceled without explanation. When I called, the front desk said he didn’t know why we’d been able to book when there were no rooms available. If there were no rooms, why did the site let me book one? I’m truly disappointed. Make it make sense.

The views at the base of the Organ mountains are amazing, and it was wonderfully quiet. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, and seemed proud and enthusiastic about what they offer and share. This was our first time here, and it’s the most impressive IHG hotel we’ve had the pleasure of visiting. The decor is truly elegant, and the place feels like a showplace, an undiscovered gem more people should visit. It was remodeled in the last couple of years. We’ll definitely come back. This is a place not to be missed!

The staff provided excellent customer service, and the room was beautiful, quiet, and immaculately clean. We had an amazing stay over the weekend. It was perfect, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
