The staff are good people and help those who are homeless or need somewhere safe to sleep, which mattered for my son. We had a great stay, though I had to clean the room myself because the walls could have been cleaner. I’d come back, but I’d want that same room again.

We paid only $100 for the night, and parking was plentiful. Check-in and checkout were easy. The room had what we needed except for a microwave, and the on-site bar was inexpensive with friendly servers.

I came to the Aria after damage to my house. I tried to find another hotel, but ended up staying here. The customer service was very good, and I appreciated how caring and friendly the employees were. I liked the place a lot.

I checked in today and the manager moved me to a room with better Wi-Fi when the first one wasn't good enough for my games. The owners, managers, and whole staff are friendly, understanding, and take care of what you need. They even try to accommodate people with bad backs or knees by placing them in an accessible room.

I’m done staying here, no matter how tired I am. The showerhead leaked badly, the outlet covers were broken, and there was no towel or bath mat for getting out of the shower. The carpet, walls, and mirrors were very dirty. We had just one towel and two washcloths, and both toilet paper rolls were about a third full. I didn’t leave a tip this time because the housekeeping was so poor, including the lack of towels and toilet paper. I wish the app had let me take pictures. It’s scary that it wouldn’t, and I don’t understand how the other reviews can call this 10 out of 10.
