Fairfield Inn Suites Wichita Falls Northwest

The phone buttons need fixing. Pressing the food delivery button on the hotel phone connected me to 911, and police came to my room even though I'd told the operator I was fine. The officers said this happens all the time at this hotel. The front desk confirmed it but said there was nothing she could do. I'm sure Witcha finest have better things to do. I called several times to reach the manager, but nobody answered and I couldn't leave a message. When I told the morning clerk about it, she really didn't seem to care. At the very least, they could put up a notice. The hotel itself is nice, and I would have given five stars for the service, but there was no blow dryer, the shower pressure was poor, and I could hear the train whistle. Extremely poor customer service.

We were away from the highway, so noise wasn't a problem at all. Every room has earplugs in case noise is a concern. The beds were comfy for a hotel, everything smelled fresh, and the rooms were clean. Everyone we spoke with was kind. I also left something behind at checkout, and they retrieved it for me without any trouble. If we have a reason to return to Wichita Falls, we'll probably stay here again!

We arrived very late and the staff were still so kind. The room felt welcoming, and the beds were so comfortable we nearly missed breakfast. It was good, with sausage, eggs, waffles, potatoes, muffins, fruit, juices, hot tea, and chocolate.

The rooms are very clean and thoughtfully laid out, and there's a nice gym. It's a great location if you've got a car. The highway side is LOUD, though they do provide earplugs.
