The room was quiet and beautifully furnished, and I felt right at home. The facilities were modern and well maintained, and the staff were professional throughout my stay. They gave me a warm welcome at check-in. I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re after comfort and convenience.

I checked out on time on 01/16/26 and handed my keys to one of the three front desk clerks on duty. None of them were wearing name badges, so I can’t say which person it was. I told the clerk I’d wait in the lobby for my husband to pick me up, and around 15-20 minutes later, the same clerk asked where he was and whether he was in a meeting. I said he was on his way. I didn’t think I needed to give more personal details. My husband was delayed unexpectedly. About an hour after I’d checked out, while I was sitting quietly in the lobby, the clerk called me to the desk and threatened to charge me for an extra night because it was “getting late” and he still hadn’t arrived. I was shocked. I’d already checked out on time and was just waiting in a public lobby. When I said again that he was on his way, she brushed me off with, “You told me that 30 minutes ago,” and kept questioning me about where he was, whether he was in the hotel, and why he had “left me.” She also made a sarcastic remark about men, which was unnecessary and unprofessional. Another clerk was there but didn’t step in. The whole interaction felt intrusive, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. I’ve stayed at many hotels in the US and abroad and have never been treated this way while waiting in a lobby after checkout. It left a very bad impression, and now I’m hesitant to stay here again.

We only stayed one night, but the room was extremely nice, roomy, clean, and had space to cook, with a full-size fridge and a clean bathroom. I’d give the location four stars because of the U-turns off the highway.

We stayed for two weeks in a great room that had two rooms and a bathroom. There was a king bed, plus a kitchen with a full-size fridge, two-burner electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, dishwasher soap and sponge, and paper towels.
