The rooms have lots of space and are laid out in a really useful way. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again for sure.

Amy is so sweet and helpful, and always welcomes guests with a smile. That kind of service will bring me back. The rooms were spotless too, and even the entrance looks gorgeous. I've stayed at plenty of hotels, but this is my favorite so far.

My kids and I were pushed out after a problem we were the victims of, and the whole experience left them terrified. I'm writing this in tears. What was meant to be a special couple of days together turned into a complete nightmare. I almost never post reviews because one person's bad experience doesn't mean someone else will have one, and people can have bad days. But this went far beyond that. No one has taken responsibility, refunded us, or even apologized, and they keep blaming us and making excuses. Corporate told me refunds were up to the hotel. I was charged nearly $600, then they tried to charge my card for damages, and management refused to take accountability. I'd read another Google review and booked two days here for me and my children, hoping to swim with them in winter and get us out of the house. I chose a room with a washer and dryer so I could catch up on laundry between swims. After sorting out 10 loads in front of the washer, I started the first one and went to shower. When I came out, the living room was flooded and my belongings were soaked. I checked behind the washer to see if something had come loose because I still had so much laundry to do, and spotted a frog jumping around. I realized it might have been lodged in the drain pipe and caused the overflow. The staff member I told was very apologetic and gave me a roll of quarters to use the general laundry room. When the manager arrived with the first shift, she physically assaulted me and immediately said we had flooded the room on purpose and wouldn't get a refund. I was already upset that my things were ruined, and now I was being accused of deliberately sabotaging a stay I'd just paid for. The manager brought trash bags and said maintenance needed to assess the situation, so my belongings would be bagged up. I said I needed time to regroup because I was angry about how management had treated me. She then tried to push past me. I told her to leave my room, but instead of calming things down, she claimed the room wasn't in my name, even though I'd booked and paid with my own ID and debit card. Shen called the police, who told me to leave without giving a reason. I packed up the kids and left right away. Management has made this a terrible experience, and I can't recommend staying here.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, and breakfast had a nice spread every day. It's a beautiful hotel, opened in December 2025.
