Quality Inn Phoenix

We had a lot of fun here. The pool was clean and a nice way to cool off in the heat, and the hygiene was what we expected. Staff were thoughtful about giving us privacy.

There was mold all over the bathroom, and breakfast was very limited, with no protein choices.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. It was so dirty that I didn’t even use the shower, and the breakfast wasn’t edible. The night clerk was a young kid. I’ll be contacting AAA and Booking. Com about it 😕

If you’re disabled, good luck here. There’s no elevator or handicap parking, so you’d better hope for a first-floor room. The place looks like a run-down homeless shelter, and the rooms are so tiny they make a small New York apartment seem spacious. I honestly don’t think the people here clean. There were no amenities to speak of, not even a working vending machine. Breakfast was cold coffee and cereal, and they’d left week-old, expired yogurt in the fridge. You’d be better off sleeping in your car or at a truck stop in the middle of nowhere. I’d give this place negative five stars if I could.
