Quality Suites Wildwood - The Villages

The room was great, and the pool was really clean by my standards for hotels. I had a king room on the second floor at this recently renovated place. It had a bedroom, living room, and a little office with a giant mini fridge. The TV was basic but had what I wanted to watch. There was a little mix-up at check-in, but the woman on the afternoon shift sorted it out and made sure everything was handled.

We booked 11 days for our crew of nine. Mold drove us out of the room after an hour on the first night, so we slept in the truck. The next day they moved us to the second floor, which was considerably better, but by day eight the whole crew was sick. The moldy, mildewy rooms and general lack of cleanliness really do seem likely to make you sick. The building finishes and workmanship are poor too. I don't understand why everything has to be crooked and low end to count as “Quality”.

Quality Suites Wildwood covered all the basics for a great little vacation, and we'd come back someday. The rooms were big, with the amenities we needed, and the beds and pillows were comfy. It was friendly, clean, reasonably priced, and had a nice pool. Breakfast was simple, and there was coffee too. We arrived with a truck full of snow from Canada and left with a load of sunshine!

My room was huge, clean, and comfortable, and the bed was soft and plush, just right for me. I slept well and plan to return on my next trip to the area. The hotel is easy to reach from I-75 and has plenty of parking. I could tell there had been a lot of remodeling and updating. I was greeted right away with a friendly smile and thanked for being a Rewards Member. As a Diamond Elite Member who stays in several hotels every week, I think you're doing the right things. Keep it up, y'all! Good value.
