The staff made the stay feel welcoming from the start, and the room was comfortable to come back to after exploring. It had elegant decor, modern amenities, plush bedding, and a lovely view. Housekeeping kept it spotless. I also appreciated the concierge's local suggestions, the spa treatment, and how attentive the pool staff were. Check-in was easy, and the welcome drink was a nice surprise. The atmosphere at [stagecoach inn ] felt sophisticated and inviting throughout. Thank you for a memorable stay at stagecoach inn ]. I’d recommend it to friends and family and hope to return.

The owner was very kind and even offered to carry my bags. I was only staying one night after a long drive from Texas, so I wasn't being too particular. The first room had a messed-up bed, but he moved me to another. It looked clean at a glance, everything worked, and it even had a toaster. I brought my own soap and shampoo, so their absence wasn't a problem for me. There was some dust behind the TV, and the building looked a bit run-down, though it seemed some work had been done. The area felt a little sketchy, but the night was quiet. In the morning I found a dying cockroach in the bathtub. I hadn't seen any bugs overnight, and the place wasn't crawling with them, but I really hate roaches, so I probably wouldn't stay again. That's pretty much it.

The room seemed to have been recently remodeled, but the work was poor and the materials cheap. There was still ketchup on the wall and floor, the table felt like it could collapse if bumped, and the pillows were awful. Wind came through the unreplaced door seal so badly that I had to wedge a chair against the door, and it whistled all night. Light came through the windows constantly, while noisy people on the stairs and outside kept things loud even with earplugs. The toilet's flush valve needed fiddling with each time, and the coffee pot sprayed hot water everywhere. The TV remote only worked sometimes. Check-in itself was quick, but the new card locks were a nightmare. The owner could open one on the first try, while I couldn't get in without 20 or more attempts all night. They should have gutted the place and hired better contractors instead of buying cheap stuff off Temu. I won't stay here again.

The people running the hotel were lovely, and my family of four had a nice stay. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bedding was neat. The microwave and mini fridge were handy, and the cooling system kept the room refreshed. We'd stay again. It felt family friendly.

The front desk person was nice, but the room was so basic that I felt I paid too much. There was no shampoo or conditioner, which seems like the bare minimum for a motel these days. It was clean enough, just nothing special.
