Willcox Extended Residence Inn & Suites

I stayed for a week and a half, and the price was great. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Marie, Jessica, and the rest of the team made it feel like home, whether you're there temporarily or permanently. That's why I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it. My only room issue was that the shower isn't set up for bigger guys.

The sheets were stained and the sink was quite dirty, so the room wasn't clean. We had booked a first-floor room with a king bed but were given a double bed room instead. They said they didn't have a first floor, then, once it turned out there wasn't a king bed, suddenly claimed a new first-floor king room had just become available. I'd suggest avoiding this place unless you have no other option.

The staff were very helpful, the price was fair, and the bed was comfy. It's dog friendly, with a huge field behind the hotel where the dog can run. The shower was tiny for someone who's 6'3" and 224 pounds. I'll stay again.

I was moved here for work and stayed for months, with nothing but great service. The room was clean, and the bed felt like cotton, really comfortable after working 12-hour days. Nights were peaceful, with no loud noise, and everyone respected the quiet hours. It was easy to get to I-10 and close to my job. The staff, especially Mrs Jessica, went above and beyond when I had last-minute needs. She understood how companies make sudden changes, and I really appreciate all she did. Thanks as well to the other front desk staff and housekeeping for everything.
