The Ellsworth Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel

We had a great stay last week. The hotel looked gorgeous, and the service, cleanliness, and overall feel were all great. Lihn was wonderful and gave great customer service, and housekeeping was very nice and professional. There’s free coffee and hot cocoa, popcorn, a pool table, and other board games, plus it’s kid friendly. They sell snacks in the lobby, and Safeway is just across the street, which is super convenient. There’s also a guest laundry room and a gym. If you’re going to Williams, AZ, this is the best hotel to stay at.

We stayed over the Christmas break and were very happy with the rooms, which were clean and nice. The manager was excellent: friendly, accommodating, and checked on us several times when he saw us passing through the lobby. The one downside is how easily sound carries, probably because it’s an older building that’s been renovated. We had 2 rooms and could hear each other talking at a normal volume.

The staff were friendly, and the beds were clean and comfy. This felt more upscale than the other local options. The bathroom was nice, though there was no tub, and the fridge and microwave came in handy. Being across from the supermarket and near shops and restaurants made everything easy. I could hear the neighbor’s TV, but it wasn’t a big deal. Highly recommend.

The rooms are modern, clean, and well kept, and the price is reasonable. The staff were very nice. Safeway is just across the street for snacks or anything else you need, and the hotel is close to restaurants and the train depo. This is where I’ll stay when I visit Williams AZ.
