Devante made me feel welcome right away when I checked in. He was professional and friendly, took time to answer my questions, and shared useful information about the hotel. I appreciated how focused he was on getting my stay off to a good start.

After a long day, Devante at the front desk was a kind, friendly face and checked whether I needed help. He even left cookies out for the safety patrol kids visiting Busch Gardens. The staff were friendly, and the hotel’s location near the park was perfect.

We were two adults and two kids, staying for two nights at the end of March. The kids enjoyed the pool, and I’d happily stay here again. Our room was clean and quiet, and check-in was easy. Breakfast was included and had plenty of choices for everyone. Restaurants are close enough to walk to, there’s a grocery store right next door, and the main attractions aren’t far away.

Our suite was amazing and all the facilities were spotlessly clean during our four nights at Williamsburg HI. D’avante was polite and welcoming, and check-in went smoothly. This was the second HI on our trip, with one more still to come. Greetings from Australia, Andrea and Dave. It took us two days, and help from our fellow traveler, to figure out the lights and air conditioning. We only use the aircon for cooling, thanks again HI. 😁🙄

The staff were especially friendly and helpful, and housekeeping kept the spacious, comfortable rooms clean. The property was well maintained, with the fitness center and pool as nice extras. I’d recommend it, definitely a five-star stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
