A solid budget stay. The staff were polite and friendly, and breakfast was okay, enough to do the job. Our room could use some updating, but it was clean and we all slept well. The kids and we had fun in the pool. They kindly brought us extra pillows and a blanket when we asked. There's a train behind the hotel, though the occasional noise didn't bother me. If train sounds are an issue for you, keep that in mind. We'd stay here again when we're in the area.

We only needed a night for family plans nearby, and other places were ridiculously expensive. The lobby was decent, and the evening desk team was helpful when I left my phone behind. They called my room quickly to let me know. Our room was another story: it smelled strongly of mildew, as if cleaning products had been used to cover it. The wallpaper was bubbling beside the window, and the plumbing under the sink leaked. I reported it, but they said they couldn't move us because they were fully booked. Since it was only one night, I didn't push it and we avoided the sink. The beds were comfortable and the location was very convenient for restaurants, which mattered for a short stay. Checkout was fine except the woman there complained openly about every guest who called the lobby while I waited. That felt incredibly unprofessional. I've stayed in worse, but also in many better places. The owner really needs to invest in renovation or at least upkeep.

The nicest part was the very kind woman at the front desk. We were first assigned room 220, but had to move right away because the mold smell was so strong, and it seemed like bleach had been used to cover it. The sheets and pillowcases were stained. The replacement room was okay, but the shower water wouldn't drain properly. I don't recommend this hotel.

We spent four days here for a baseball tournament with our young kids and my mother-in-law, who uses insulin. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to the friends coming for next week's games. There was no microwave or fridge in the room, and staff said they didn't have a fridge when we asked, so we kept buying ice to keep the kids' milk and my mom's insulin cold. The room wasn't very clean. We were told at check-in there'd be no cleaning during our stay, which wasn't a big deal by itself, but having to ask for trash bags and take out our own garbage was too much. The breakfast bags had no variety and were useless to us. The apples and oranges were moldy, and there was nothing we or the kids would eat, so we went out for breakfast. I paid $159 because most other hotels were booked, but for that service and hospitality I could have stayed at a cheaper rundown place. Don't waste your money here.

This place is trash. There was a salesperson there every day who wouldn't leave us alone, pushing us to stay at another hotel. The sheets, pillows, and towels were stained, and some towels and the bathtub had hair on them. The TV picture was very dark. I arrived at 2, before check-in time, and the woman seemed rude when I asked to check in early. That's fair enough, but I had to wait until 3 because rooms were still being cleaned. I don't know how, since ours was dirty. Breakfast was free but poor: a tiny area, no eggs or hot food besides the waffle maker, and only two cereals, Fruit Loops and Rice Krispies. The orange and apple juice tasted awful, like they were mixed badly.
