The staff really made our stay enjoyable. Elena was always pleasant and ready to help, Emma knew a lot about food around the area and had great coffee recommendations, and Madison was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way for us. There was a problem with the fireplace, but it was taken care of quickly. I’d read mixed reviews before arriving, so I was a little concerned. The room at Residence Inn by Marriott Williamsburg turned out to be very clean, roomy, and comfortable, almost like a small apartment. Having a full kitchen made things easier and more relaxing. We had a very enjoyable stay and I’d absolutely come back.

The complimentary breakfast is tasty, and getting in and out is quick and easy. I love staying here. It’s clean, relaxing, and the service is great. The rooms have everything I need to feel at home away from home.

The staff are consistently friendly, and check-in is easy. Breakfast staff are especially helpful and pleasant. The parking lot can fill up quickly at certain times, though it’s only happened a few times. We keep coming back whenever we’re in Williamsburg. The location is central and convenient, with easy access to the main road and a short trip to everything. Our two-bedroom suite was comfortable, spacious, and relaxing, with everything we needed and a full kitchen. There are also plenty of fast food and fast casual places along the same road. After a long day out, it’s nice to sit by the fire table outside. There’s a small fitness center on the property too. Rooms are clean and breakfast is included. We’ll stay here again, as usual.

The front desk staff are extremely friendly and have great customer service, but that doesn’t make up for how disappointing this place is. It has a cheap, dumpy motel feel and shows its age, even though it claims to be a hotel. Marriott’s listing is misleading about the amenities: the pictured indoor heated pool isn’t on site, it’s at their ‘sister’ motel, Springhill Suites. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The rooms were comfortable and everything smelled very clean. Staff were so nice and friendly, and breakfast was expansive and delicious. They even offered free ice cream every day from 4 pm-8 pm.
