I won't be staying here. My co-worker called an hour before me to book the same two nights and got a government employee rate. When I called and asked for that rate, they quoted me $20 more. The woman on the phone rudely insisted I was wrong and said they'd never offered the lower price. She eventually said, "I suppose you could talk to our sales rep if you really want to." I agreed, but she sent me straight to voicemail. I called again to ask for two nights at the government rate and was put on hold without a word. After 12 minutes I hung up and called back. Again I was told the lower rate didn't exist. I said I was standing next to someone who had received it, and was put on hold for another 8 minutes. When the woman came back, she said the hotel no longer offers government rates. I'll book somewhere else.
