This was an emergency, and the place was the only one with a room, but the bad reviews are true. The room was filthy, so we bought our own cleaning supplies and linens. The drapes, sink, toilet, tub, and room itself were dusty and dirty. When I pulled off the bedding, a spider crawled out, then another bug was moving along the wall. The TV didn’t work, and everything was unplugged. I got no rest, and I’m taking my complaint further. I tried to add pictures, and they show up but not on the site. Anyone who said otherwise lied.

It was dark, I was tired, and I didn’t have the energy to find another place, but run away if you can. The hotel was terrible and scary, with dirty rooms. They only stretch the sheets and call that cleaning. I was told my bicycle couldn’t come into the room because it might dirty the carpet. I don’t see how the carpet could get any dirtier, as the pictures show. They don’t change the pillow covers, and I’m not even sure the towels were washed.

We’d stayed here several times over the past few years, and it used to be at least acceptable. Now every room feels like its own biology experiment, with what looked like DNA dripping and lying on every surface. You’ll hate yourself if you try to stay here. Survival of the fittest, baby. You’ve been warned.

The customer service was good, and the room was clean. Breakfast was included too. Amazing hotel!

I was happy with my stay. The rooms were clean and the service was on point, so I’ll definitely book again.
