Connie at the front desk was wonderful, honest, and helpful. She greeted my boyfriend and me with a positive attitude and showed us to a clean room. Someone else's marijuana smell did reach us, but apart from that, we had a good stay.

Some of the staff, especially Connie, were really nice. The hotel itself was awful. When we arrived in the middle of the night, our room was filthy: sticky patches on the floor, a dirty toilet and tub, and dirt that lifted when I tried to clean it. It looked like nobody had swept or mopped in ages. We had to pay for fresh towels and linens, the washing machines barely worked and took our money, and rooms were cleaned only every 14 days. A guest's dog left waste on the already stained carpet on our first night, and it sat there for two days. My daughter also screamed after seeing a roach in the bathroom. There were roaches, and the mattress had urine stains. This place needs to be shut down, gutted, thoroughly cleaned, and treated for bugs.

Three days into the stay, I found a cockroach in the bathroom. The hotel wasn't cleaned properly either: there was meat juice under the glass shelf in the refrigerator, and the whole building smelled of marijuana despite the no smoking rule. I also saw employees in the back with their children on their laps, smoking blunts. When I reported the water being off while I was in the shower with shampoo in my hair, I said it would've helped to get a warning the night before. The response was that I could always check out. One employee then sat at the front desk looking at her phone for three or four hours, while the boss was also on her phone. That's when I was told to leave if I wanted. Very poor service. Good luck.

We had to call reservations from a telephone just to check in because the front desk was closed behind what looked like a garage door. Don't offer rooms if no one will be there when guests arrive. The bathroom ventilation was terrible, and cigarette smoke seemed to fill it all night whenever someone smoked. Sink pressure was very weak, the tub was rusty around the drain and drained badly, and the towels had dirt stains.
