I’ve been coming here since 2022 and still love it. It’s cozy and feels like home, and the new ceiling tiles and air units have made it even better. The pool is warm, so you can’t beat a swim in heated water, and the volley/racquet ball court is fun to use. I also like opening the window and hearing the stream out back. I’ve stayed here a lot over the past few years.

The small hotel has friendly staff, a decent continental breakfast, and you can hear a creek nearby. Rooms were pricey, though that was expected during our stay after a big concert. I changed my review after the owner said they'd made improvements, but their claim in another review that every room has new wood floors isn't right. Room 22, specifically, had carpet in the basement and still had the concerns from my original review. I thought a four-star rating and honest comments were polite. The owner should inspect the whole property in detail and maybe stay there a few nights before accusing reviewers of trying to sabotage them. I'm not coming back to check whether the changes happened, but the owner's reply to another review, saying people enjoy the damp smell, made me laugh.

This is a country inn with a rustic feel, so know what you're after. If you want a Marriott, this isn't it. Our room was clean and had what we needed, including a sheet over the comforter as well as one underneath, which showed they take cleanliness seriously. The location is fantastic, with restaurants, hikes, a church, and other things to see and do nearby. They provide complimentary maps of the area. The grounds are lovely, though landscaping seemed a little behind, perhaps partly because of COVID, which I can understand. Breakfast was very good, with fresh fruit, yogurt, and excellent waffles, along with what you'd expect from a continental breakfast. Use the non-stick spray on the waffle maker unless you want to make the mess I did the first time. The TV had some free options, but bring your streaming passwords to sign in. We'd definitely recommend it.

It’s such a scenic spot. Walking around, I could hear the stream and leaves rustling, and the whole place felt like a perfect getaway. Kids have plenty to enjoy, including the pool and badminton area. The rooms have a cute rustic bed-and-breakfast feel, with matching bathrooms and a TV. I also loved how comfortable the common-room couches were, plus there's a big flatscreen with streaming services. Joe the manager was great and very accommodating. I had an amazing stay and highly recommend it.

The manager, whose name I think was Joe, was outstanding and incredibly hospitable. It was also very clean and cozy, with great rooms and breakfast for a fair price. The place is close to downtown Williamstown, and they have informative packets and maps to help you get around. There's a relaxing, outdoorsy feel and lots to do, and it's very kid-friendly. I'd absolutely recommend it.
