Rodeway Inn Willington North

The building is old and run down, and the two people at the front desk could have been more welcoming. I never felt unsafe, and my room was clean and had everything I needed. There was a faint cigarette smell in the building, though I couldn't smell it in my room. I wouldn't stay longer than one night, and would only choose this place as a last resort. The reviews make it sound worse than it actually is.

I got this room for family who were visiting from out of town, and they couldn't wait to leave. They wore sandals because they wouldn't touch the floor or shower barefoot. The carpets were falling apart, there was hair in the shower before anyone used it, and the pillows had grey or blackish stains. The shower curtain seemed moldy, and I'm sure the room and bathroom were covered in mold. The cigarette smell hit you as soon as you walked through the hotel doors. Breakfast didn't look safe to eat, just cereal, toast, donut holes, and coffee. The company needs to shut the place down, clean it out, and remodel. I wish we'd taken pictures.

The staff have always been friendly, and my room honestly wasn't as bad as the reviews made it sound. The main thing I noticed was that some areas needed repainting. You get what you pay for.

Wouldn't recommend it. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was supposed to be non-smoking, and it also smelled like mold. There were cracks all over the walls, and we never got fresh towels or toilet paper. Nobody was at the front desk when we needed more, and at one point there was a kid working behind it. There was no breakfast.
