We needed a room the night before the winter storm of 1-25-2026, while traveling to Jay Peak. The deal looked great and the reviews were good, so we booked. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a modern feel. We also hadn’t realized there was garage parking, which made unloading our things much easier when it was 0° outside. I was impressed after checking in last night. Thanks for a comfortable night, I recommend staying here.

Raymond and Paige at the front desk made my stay seamless. They were helpful, understanding, and efficient, and handled everything with a smile. Five stars for their service. Management should be proud to have such dedicated employees. I highly recommend the hotel because of them.

The check-in was quick and pleasant, but there were too many little problems once I got settled. The body soap ran out halfway through my shower, and the tissue box had only two sheets under a decorative tissue rose. It was especially annoying to discover that after a long day of travel. Housekeeping could easily have caught both during turnover. The shower pressure was extremely weak, and the sheets felt scratchy and uncomfortable. I should have paid the $50 difference and stayed somewhere else.

The breakfast was fabulous, and the staff were very friendly. My room was spacious and had everything I needed. I had a great experience and will definitely look to stay here again.

Staff were friendly, and the rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was mediocre. The location works well for restaurants, and having a parking garage is nice.
