Best Western Willits Inn

A decent place to stay, with several restaurants within walking distance. The rooms and shower were clean, and the water pressure was great with plenty of hot water. The beds were a bit hard, and unfortunately the toilet was the small, round kind. The pool looked clean and nice, though I didn't use it. It's easy to find in the middle of town, has outside doors, and you'll need to use stairs.

The bathroom light would come on whenever someone shut their own room door. At 4am the TV switched itself on at full volume, and the walls were so thin I could hear everything. There was trash on the floor, too, and the curtains wouldn't close all the way. Keep driving and stay somewhere else.

There's a small outdoor pool, though we didn't try it, so I can't say if it's heated. Parking and breakfast are free, with lots of options and good service. The rooms were clean, well kept, and everything worked, so all good.

Ashish was such a friendly, attentive presence. He greeted everyone and, as people came into breakfast, asked how they'd slept and whether everything had been okay. I was surprised by how warmly and thoughtfully he treated every customer. Five stars for his service.
