Drug use is rampant, and locals know the place as a dive. Only some of the rooms are usable, with toilets not hooked up or beds and TVs missing. The WiFi is spotty at best. This place leaves a lot to be desired. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I went there in May too. There was a note on the door saying to call staff, but nobody answered or called back. What if there was an emergency or we needed something? There are supposed to be staff onsite. The rooms were filthy, towels stained, garbage everywhere, and the staff I heard about were rude. I also heard the boss was there and rude. Bring back the friendly people who care whether you're sleeping around mold and bugs, and whether the linens and rooms are clean. This place is a joke and needs help. Rooms were full of people staying for weeks or months, with lawn chairs, bikes, grills, and garbage outside doors and stairways. This shouldn't be labeled a hotel or motel. There was no onsite staff, and rooms weren't cleaned, inspected, or made up. DO NOT STAY HERE. It's a refuge, not a hotel or motel. This was a while ago, though. I recently visited a friend staying here, and the staff were absolutely amazing. Manager Heather was respectful and great at customer service. Her daughter at the desk had a bright smile and friendly face when checking people in or seeing them outside. Her husband Jake was doing updates, and what I got a peek at looked stunning. The place and staff have heart for this. They're awesome. I'd recommend stopping in to see Kaylie or Heather. Thanks, and have a great day.

I booked online, but when I arrived they had no rooms available, so I didn't stay. The person on duty was very nice and offered to get a room cleaned, but said it would take at least half an hour, maybe more. I moved on.

The service was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean.
