Delta Hotels by Marriott Chicago Willowbrook

The people at the front desk were extremely nice, and housekeeping seemed glad to help. The hotel was clean and spacious, and dogs are allowed. There's a breakfast buffet for $10 and some truck parking out back. The restaurant serves pretty standard hotel food, but there are plenty of other restaurants nearby. I'd definitely stay here again.

I've been here three times over the past few months for work, and each visit the room was clean when I arrived. The staff were very nice every time, and the beds suit me, neither too soft nor too hard. They even kept a package for me for two months after I accidentally had it sent there!

The staff were extremely nice, and the beds were clean, okay to sleep in, and the room didn't smell. But the hotel looks very dated for a premium price of $167 a night. I was moved twice, and this is what the second, better-looking room was like. The pictures show it all. It feels like a cheap motel at a premium cost.

The front desk manager was helpful with all our questions, even though it was close to midnight. I really liked the rooms: they felt roomy, modern, and luxurious. The bathroom was a bit cramped. I'd recommend staying here if you don't mind the food and drinks. (read below)
