Customer service was outstanding. They answered every question right away, even on Christmas Eve. When they checked in by text and I mentioned an issue unrelated to my stay, they responded quickly and kindly. They felt like real, caring people. Kasa was perfect for my Wilmington trip. I needed two bedrooms for my mom and me, but didn’t want to book two hotel rooms, so this was a great solution. It was very reasonably priced, centrally located for everywhere I needed to go, and right on the Cross City Trail, which made morning runs an unexpected bonus. The apartment was clean and tidy, with all the amenities I could want, including a suitcase stand, hairdryer, and bathroom toiletries. I’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, clean, modern apartment with a hotel-like experience.

The apartment was clean and nice, with plenty of amenities in a quiet area near the beach and other fun things to do. The only downside was no regular coffee pot, though they had steepable coffee, which was fine. There are lots of coffee shops nearby anyway. Check-in and checkout were easy, and we had a great stay. We’re already planning another trip and hope to stay here again.

It was quiet even though it’s on a main street, and there was plenty of parking. The full kitchen, laundry, and good Wifi were nice to have. Communication made check-in and checkout easy. The location works well for us, with a quick drive to shopping, downtown, and local friends and family. There’s a pool for when the weather is right, though we’ve never used it.

This one-bedroom apartment was a reasonable-rate stay without an extra cleaning fee. It was clean, attractive, safe, and convenient. The full kitchen had dishes, silverware, and cookware, plus a full-size fridge, oven, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The king bed was comfortably firm. Communication before arrival and daily follow-up were good. They also responded quickly when I asked for clean linens and replacement kitchen items.
