The young man at the front desk was very nice, and the rooms were really clean. But there was an extra linen charge even though we didn’t have hand towels, and I think a hotel should provide clean towels each day. We didn’t have the room cleaned, so I don’t understand why changing towels costs extra. There were charges at checkout that hadn’t been mentioned at check-in. People on our floor were clearly partying after 8 PM, and the guests upstairs were so loud we could hear everything above us.

The location is convenient and feels safe, and the rooms are sparkling clean and brand new. Still, the staff were rude, the charges felt like a shakedown, and amenities were lacking. Plates and dishes cost $30, and there are no cups or coffee pot unless you pay. Internet is dialup speed unless you buy “premium internet.” It’s a two-star quality motel with new furniture. The beds and linens feel fragile and cheap. Won’t return!

Great spot for an incredible price. It was super clean, and the bed was comfy. If you’re looking for lavish pampering, this isn’t that kind of place. From what I saw on the placemat, WiFi costs extra.

The room was clean and had laminate floors, and the hotel had only been open a month. We could hear the TV next door, though not enough to keep us awake. For a short stay, I expected more basic amenities. This is really bare-bones, and it didn’t feel like there was much concern for travelers’ comfort. The king bed sheets were baggy and didn’t fit well, with a cheap plastic mattress cover underneath that might be hot in summer. Venetian blinds let in outside light and morning sun, so blackout curtains would help. There were no grab bars for getting in and out of the tub, and we missed having tissues and an ice bucket. We were told neither was provided, and there wasn’t even an ice machine. Not sure how that will work for summer travelers. The kitchen cupboards were empty, with no pots, pans, dishes, or utensils. They all cost extra. They did provide two plastic cups. At checkout we were surprised by a $1.45 linen charge, especially since we were missing hand towels and had only used the two bath towels and two washcloths provided. We were told it’s charged whenever linens are changed. The rates were good, $83 for two queens or $93 for a king, but be aware of what the reservation does and doesn’t include.
