The two women at the customer service desk were pleasant and very helpful, and the stay itself was good, with a nice little kitchen area. The hallway was really noisy at 1100pm. Then I saw a $100 charge for "2 pillows" on my credit card bill. We didn't take any pillows, and they weren't good pillows anyway. I couldn't call the main desk, so I called the main IHG call line and disputed the charge. Just be aware.

The friendliest part of the stay was the woman at the counter, who gave me good suggestions for dinner. The suite was clean and looked nice, but the bed frame was absurdly noisy. It seemed to be a mattress on a black metal frame without a box spring or proper platform, and the metal sounds woke me whenever I moved. The neighbors were very noisy, too, and dumped trash in front of my door while I was out picking up dinner. Not the most comfortable night.

The rooms are big and clean, and have a full-size fridge, dishwasher, two-burner electric stovetop, microwave, coffee pot, and plenty more. Top-notch hotel. Love it.

The room was very clean, but the bed was awful. The mattress was so badly worn down I worried a spring might stab us. The AC made the drapes blow out and trap the air, the bathroom door wouldn't shut, and the toilet seat was nearly off. The cable selection was terrible, too. There was information about a continental breakfast, but we never saw one.

The staff were courteous and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. It had a full fridge, oven, microwave, and a wash sink for dishes.
