The innkeepers are lovely, and Wilton is a charming town. It’s easy to get to the beautiful lake, and the grounds are nicely landscaped and well kept. I was pleasantly surprised by my little economy room with one bed. It was clean, with a comfortable, neatly made bed and crisp sheets. The bathroom is very small, but the showerhead was one of the best I’ve had in a motel, and the toiletries were top-notch. This isn’t a fancy hotel, just a reasonable motel, so set your expectations accordingly. I’ll be back!

My husband and I had a fabulous three-night stay at the Wilson Lake Inn. The location is wonderful, quiet, and calming, and the room was very clean with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. We’d definitely go back and recommend it to anyone.

We’ve been using the Inn as a half-way stop on our trips from Vermont to Acadia. The location is excellent, with beautiful grounds and a view of the lake and mountains behind it. Staff were very helpful when we checked in.

A wonderful place. Friendly, reliable, and attentive, with comfort, simplicity, and cleanliness. Fresh air comes through the open window, and the room smells of wood.
