Prow'd House Bed & Breakfast

Donna and Dave made us feel like family, and they even shared helpful tips about the area around Wimberley. The property sits on a hill and is conveniently placed for exploring, while the peaceful setting helped me disconnect. Our room was clean, with charming country decor, and breakfast was generous and delicious. I’d definitely come back!

The full breakfast was extraordinary, and the hosts, Donna and David, were fantastic. The place is spotless, with comfortable, relaxing accommodations and a whimsical, beautiful property. Its location near Wimberley is hard to beat. The other guests were lovely to spend time with too. It was the best bed and breakfast experience you could ask for.

My friend and I spent the weekend at the Prow’d House B&B just outside Wimberley, and we both had a wonderful time. After a couple of hectic weeks, the calm atmosphere was exactly what we needed. We could relax on the deck in a porch swing and enjoy the fresh air, with perfect weather during our stay. Our cottage room was clean and comfortable, the breakfasts were excellent, and Dave and Donna were warm and welcoming. I’m already thinking about when to visit again.

Mike and Ike, Donna and Dave’s fur babies, kept me from missing my own pets too much. Mike was sweet but standoff-ish, while Ike loves everyone! Donna and Dave were so friendly and made us feel welcome in their home, and her sister was sweet too. The room and bathroom were clean and nicely decorated. They also gave us great suggestions for places to see and restaurants to try. Thanks for the lovely little getaway!
