Best Western Winchester Hotel

The owner seemed very attentive to guests, and I felt safe staying here. It's a good value with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. I slept well, enjoyed the hot shower, and liked the Argan Oil amenities. The heater works well, so raise the temperature gradually or the room can get too warm. You won't be cold in here. A solid Best Western Blue stay.

For an affordable overnight stop on a road trip, this was a surprisingly good value. The room wasn't fancy, but it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The front desk supervisor was welcoming, helpful, and professional. I've taught business students and written about hospitality for 20 years, and I can be critical of restaurants and hotels, so I was impressed by the management and attention to detail at this budget property. Winchester also has a cool brew pub, Abettor, for craft beer and a bite when you get into town.

We had no trouble bringing our pets. The hotel was clean, with no roaches or shootouts, so we got a good night's sleep. Great place, and we'll definitely stay again.

The price is very reasonable for what you get, and we'd stay again if we get the chance. It's been renovated recently, so almost everything feels fresh and new. I'd put this motel up against places anywhere in the US and rate it four stars instead of two. The WIFI security could use some work.
