The breakfast was below par, so we went out for coffee and food instead. Everything else was great: the hotel, room, and staff all deserve 10 stars, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. It'll definitely be our new stop when we're heading north or south.

ellie and Michelle were some of the nicest hotel staff I've met, and Lord made sure our stay was great. The hotel was super clean and great.

The rooms were perfectly adequate, and the hotel is a little off I-81, but not too far. It looked brand new, though there was still construction going on. My stay was March 27th to March 28th, and the included breakfast was worse than a low-end breakfast. I know it wasn't meant to be spectacular, but the breakfast area was under construction. At 8:45, all they had was bread, fruit, cereal, and the waffle iron. There was no oatmeal, though it looked like they may have had some earlier, and no hot food or yogurt. If I'd known breakfast wouldn't really be available during my stay, I'd have booked somewhere else. It was disappointing because everything else would've been fine.

I was going to return, but after what happened today, I won't. Lord Boadu, the GENERAL MANAGER, was rude and misgendered me even though the other front desk people clearly referred to me as "She." He said I wasn't paying attention or listening while he was fumbling with his phone and computer the whole time we talked. When I asked for help after jewelry was stolen from my bathroom during my stay and I filed a police report, he gave me a fake corporate number. The front desk ladies even said it was a FAX NUMBER. No one like this should be in management. I travel and spend my hard-earned money at hotels, and he asked me, "Why are you staying here then??" because of my profession. You guys are a hotel, why else would I stay there? I hope the corporate office can help, since they will be in touch, and I'll be filing a formal complaint against this Babu guy.
