Friendly, well-trained staff, and the place was clean with everything working as it should. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, waffles to cook, bagels, muffins, cereal, and fruit. I’d recommend it and would stay again if I’m in the area.

Our car broke down in Winchester during a cross-country trip, and the repair took much longer than we expected. The front desk team made us feel so welcome while we waited, including our cat and dog. Housekeeping also found things we’d forgotten to pack and returned them after we’d rushed through packing and checkout. We couldn’t have picked a better place. Thanks for such a great stay!

At the start of a very difficult trip, this was a wonderful place to stop for the night. The rooms and shared areas were clean, and everyone was so friendly that I’d happily return to Winchester. Ben had to reissue about 8 room keys because they kept demagnetizing for some spooky reason, with nothing else touching the cards, and he stayed patient and cheerful the whole time. He even reminded me to use my AAA discount. The employee making breakfast the next morning kept everything clean and stocked, and calling me “sweetie” really lifted my mood. I wish I’d caught her name.

The spacious, clean room worked well for our family, and we all enjoyed the outdoor pool. Breakfast was just right, and having a Denny's attached was handy. In the morning it was easy to reach the gas station and get onto 81. We had a wonderful stay.

Amber at the front desk gave my family a warm welcome at check-in and thanked us when we left. She was friendly and professional. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed, and breakfast was good. A nice place to stay when visiting Winchester Va. We’ll be back.
