Americas Best Value Inn Winnsboro, LA

The A/C was fantastic, and the rooms worked well for our crew. They were clean, though a little musty. Staff weren’t very polite, and breakfast is limited to cereal, fruit, or muffins. There’s a restaurant for lunch and dinner, though. Aside from the service and breakfast, everything else was fine.

My girlfriend was exhausted and accidentally booked the wrong night. The manager had previously said he’d help if I told him I was a first responder, but when this happened, that offer didn’t apply, even though rooms were available. We won’t use this place again or recommend it to anyone.

The room was clean, especially the bedding and towels, and there was plenty of hot water. It was a great value, and I had no complaints. The place does look old, but that’s what I’d expect in a small town. I’d been warned against staying here, but booked at the last minute anyway and was glad I went with my own judgment. I’ll stay again. Thanks, America Inn.

There was a personal coffee maker in the room, and it was clean and well stocked. One of the best places I’ve stayed. I’d happily come back and recommend this hotel.
