Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping really went out of her way for my wheelchair needs. I can't remember her name, but she accompanied me to the room, took the cart back, and made sure the wheelchair was in the room before leaving. I'm so thankful.

The receptionist handled our reports kindly: she moved us right away after we found a questionable bug on the sofa mattress, and in the next room, we saw at least seven ladybugs on the walls and windows despite the windows being shut. She appreciated that we stayed calm about both issues. My conversation with Michael (manager) the next morning was another matter. He dismissively said it wasn't a bedbug, just some kind of tick. It wasn't a tick either, and either way I would have been just as alarmed. He didn't offer compensation until I asked, then offered only $17 for the inconvenience. His tone and response made it feel like our comfort and experience mattered very little. A room change isn't enough by itself. Guests deserve accountability, respect, and genuine concern for their wellbeing.

We stay in the King suites. The rooms are huge, with a separate bedroom and king bed, and feel like an apartment. Nice and clean, breakfast is okay, and the location is good with lots of restaurants nearby.
