The front desk staff are always kind and welcoming, and the location is great, especially being so close to WF. What keeps bothering me is the smell in the rooms. In August, ours was musty and damp, likely from a leaking AC. On my latest visit, the room smelled like marijuana all weekend, and the odor was still on my clothes after I left. They need to review or enforce the no-smoking policy.

This was my third stay, and I’ll definitely be back for a fourth. Housekeeping did a great job and took care of my room every day. Tamara, spelling wrong, don’t fault her for that, was fantastic and lovely. M.J, the bartender, was so welcoming and made a great Old Fashion. She made me want to stay until closing. Jaleesa at the front desk was super nice and made me smile, and Crissy was super cool too. Thanks to all of you. See you soon.

The room was spacious, but that was about the only good thing. The bathroom had no vents, and paint was peeling off the tub. We kept finding Ladybugs around the room, and the whole stay felt dirty. As soon as you enter the hotel, there’s a smell of roach and bug spray that follows you everywhere. The person who checked us in was nice, and Tamica was very kind when she checked us out and back in for our two reservations. She even offered cookies, but we turned them down because of the building’s smell. I hope the property addressed another guest’s earlier bedbug review. I really hope we weren’t exposed to bedbugs here. We checked out today and will never stay again. HILTON PLEASE DO BETTER! Come see this location yourselves. Would you stay here? Is this how you want to be represented?
