My dad and I had a lovely stay at The Chatham Guest House in September. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and lovely. We had coffee on the deck every morning, and the location was handy for town and the local beaches. There's also a shop at the front of the house with beautiful antique maps. If you're into old maps and beautiful artwork, I highly recommend checking it out. I'd definitely recommend The Chatham Guest house!

We visited in the off-season and had an amazing stay for a great price. Bob was an extremely friendly and helpful host, and he knew a lot about the area and plenty of other places too. Be sure to visit his map store on the first floor. Our room was charming, homey, and well maintained. The location made a nice quiet spot to return to after a short drive to the beaches or downtown Chatham. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

The library room was a highlight. It has a working fireplace, and each night after a day out we looked forward to settling in there by the fire. The pictures don't show it, but there are at least three windows. A generous pile of firewood was supplied by Bob. The pull-out sofa bed worked well as an extra bedroom, with a door to separate it from the rest of the apartment. We had three wonderful, relaxing nights in the main suite. It was cozy, clean, and very comfortable for the two of us, with everything we needed, including an iron and ironing board, a fan, and a hair dryer. There's a regular drip coffee maker too. One of the best vacation homes we've booked over the years. We look forward to returning.

The staff were incredibly friendly and knew the area well. Their tips came in handy during our downtime between wedding activities. It was about a five-minute drive to downtown Chatham or Harding’s Beach, and after comparing hotels, motels, and Airbnb options for that weekend, we thought it was a very good value. My sister, her fiancé, and I stayed for a long weekend for our cousin's wedding. We all said it immediately felt homey and more relaxing than a typical hotel room. We were in the East room, and the twin bed I slept in was surprisingly comfortable. I'd stay again if we return to Cape Cod.

The place was lovely and comfortable, and the owners were lovely too. We'll come back when we visit friends.
