Digital check-in and building access made everything go smoothly, and the place had a great vibe. My apartment was in a retrofitted 1928 building, with painted concrete ceilings and exposed HVAC ducts that gave it a cool loft feel. It was nicely appointed and had an awesome bed. There was no dresser, which isn't a complaint, just something to know.
The studio apartment was cozy and mostly very clean, though there were some stains on the carpet. Having a full kitchen was a real plus. We bought groceries at Publix before checking in and didn't have to eat out for every meal. We were in town for a dance competition at the Benton Convention Center, and were surprised to find a bridge connecting the parking area to the convention center. The virtual help desk responded quickly, and the check-in directions were detailed and easy to follow. We'd stay here again.
The apartment worked well for our family of five. My husband and I had our own room away from the three kids, and having two bathrooms was great. Parking in the garage was easy, and after I got the hang of the elevator and apartment door codes, getting in and out was straightforward. I'd stay here again next time I'm in town.
KASA was in a convenient spot, with a garage beside the building that was both affordable and easy to use. Restaurants, shops, and bars were all within walking distance. We had a great experience. The suite was more spacious and cleaner than I'd expected, and it came with all the essentials and then some.
The apartment was clean, modern, and felt very secure. Kasa responded quickly whenever we had a concern. The location was fantastic, with cute shops, restaurants, breweries, and plenty to see and do all within walking distance.
