I couldn't stay in either room they showed me. The first had a dirty bathroom and a nasty tub. I told Elizabeth and asked to see another room, but that one was dirty too, with stained sheets, including a blood stain. I felt sick and couldn't take pictures. That was enough, and I want my full refund. Elizabeth at the front desk was rude when I asked for the money back, so I had to go through the third party. I called to ask why she had told the third party things about the rooms that weren't true and why she wouldn't return my payment like her manager. I'll speak with a manager or owner to get the refund. Elizabeth threatened to put me on a no-rent list. Karen, stop. I wouldn't want to stay there anyway because those rooms were nasty. You need to do better with your attitude, mama, and the hotel needs to check that rooms are clean.

I saw the room right after checking in and left to find a room somewhere else. I'd never before felt I needed to be armed to check into a hotel. That should've told me enough. How does this place get three stars? Avoid it. Really.

The room kept switching between a marijuana smell and cigarette smoke, and there were no local channels on the TV. The remote was so confusing that Einstein couldn't have figured it out. The coffee maker listed in the online description wasn't in the room. After check-in I found used makeup and dirty tissues in a drawer. The shower and the area around it were dirty, and the shower rod was falling apart. My key stopped working three hours before checkout. When I went to get another one, they nearly wouldn't let me back into the room, even though I proved I was staying there. One of the worst hotels I've stayed at.
