We had around 40 guests for my son’s 40th birthday in the fall, and the event was fabulous. The room looked beautiful, with lovely tablecloths on all the tables and comfortable chairs. The food was good, and the service was outstanding. Thanks to Manager Melissa, Chef Pete, Sarah, Kenneth, Keith, the director of sales, and Kathleen, the bartender. We loved everything and will do it again. I’ll remember it forever.

It’s new and clean, and you can walk to just about any restaurant or store you might need. The walkability is a five. The stay itself was frustrating: parking was difficult, the bar was unattended during open hours, and our room, along with several others, had no hot water. There was no maintenance person on site, and no one was available until 10 the next morning. The AC also quit, and the water problem was never fixed. The front desk never followed up. I wouldn’t stay again, especially with so little help available when things go wrong.

After being on the road since 4 a.m., I was grateful that the front desk agent let me check in early. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel is beautiful. I work for Hilton, so I’m picky about hotels, but this one exceeded every expectation. I’ll definitely be back next year.

Banging inside the wall kept happening at random, and I couldn’t sleep. The morning shower was only lukewarm. On top of that, construction equipment was moving around the partly built garage on the supposedly quiet side of the building, starting up again at 7 a.m. Expecting comfort here is like buying a car with no wheels and thinking you’ll get anywhere.

The front desk staff and the people at the restaurant bar were great, and dinner was awesome. I felt comfortable and at home sitting on the outside patio. The Hilton is in a great location, though parking can be tricky around 5 p.m.
