Club Wyndham Glacier Canyon

We had a small problem, but the team sorted it out quickly and handled it so well. Brad, the manager, went out of his way to help us. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the stay was fantastic.

We stayed in the deluxe two-bedroom suite, which was clean and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen. Having a washer and dryer was especially handy after days at the waterparks. The waterpark is a few minutes away on foot, or you can take the shuttle. Check-in was easy, and I think this is the nicest, most modern resort among the area's resorts with indoor waterpark attachments. I had a great stay and would come back.

It's a beautiful area with lots of different activities, and the space worked well for our family. The rooms felt a little dated, though the issues we had were taken care of quickly. All those extras cost more, and the charges can add up fast.

There's a lot to do without leaving the resort: waterparks, arcades, shops, places to eat, a light show, DVDs and board games, plus a kids' club and crafts. The lake property is the exception, though you can access it, and shuttles take you where you need to go. The amenities were all enjoyable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They now let you charge things to your room, which can be convenient. The room smelled like curry the whole stay, and I noticed dust on the air filter grates. As a Wyndham owner, I wish they'd paid more attention to odors and dust because of my allergies, especially for what I paid. Owners still need to put down a $250 deposit. If you use a debit card, expect that money to be tied up for the whole month.
