The location was the one good part. For two nights, cigarette smoke kept coming through the bathroom vent, and the towels and our things in there ended up reeking. On the last night it got bad enough to wake me, since I was sleeping closest to the bathroom. I called the desk. The woman came up, smelled it, and agreed it was tobacco, then made a show of knocking on empty rooms and calling out “housekeeping” before telling me nobody was smoking. I’m sure the person below us was smoking in their bathroom, and we had to deal with it. Now a lot of our belongings smell like smoke, and I’ve been coughing stuff up all morning. I don’t know much about building structure, but if the smell came from outside, I’d expect it throughout the room, not concentrated in the bathroom. There were also a worker’s kids running barefoot and unsupervised around the lobby and parking lot. They allow smoking in rooms, then tried to make me doubt what I was smelling. I’m planning to make some calls. That was way beyond acceptable, and I don’t appreciate being lied to. Save yourself the trouble and spend a little more somewhere else.

The room was very clean and updated, and the beds were comfortable. We were here for business with our two year old, three year old, and newborn. I’d just given birth and was nervous about bringing the kids, especially the baby, but the staff made us feel welcome and were really accommodating. The location worked perfectly for our nearby business, and having a grocery store in the same parking lot was a nice extra. We’d definitely recommend it, 10/10.

The staff were super friendly, and the rooms were clean and looked after. It was an extended stay setup with a full size fridge and a small kitchen, but no dishes or utensils, so the kitchen wasn’t much use. There also wasn’t a shared ice machine or breakfast. The price was right and it did what we needed. I’d stay again.

Meijer and Biggby are right in the same parking lot, which made things convenient. The room was a nice size and had a stove, refrigerator, and microwave, and the shower was awesome. My sister did find a crayon on the bed, though. Not having any coffee available really stinks.

The rooms were really nice, and I loved having a full size fridge and a burner. I enjoyed the stay, but the front desk was a pain. During check in, the woman walked away and left us waiting at least 15 minutes. At checkout she was nowhere to be found, and housekeeping eventually told us we could leave. There were four of us waiting at one point, and other guests said they’d had the same issue.
