Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Woburn

This was my second stay here. The first one, two years ago, was great, but this time was the complete opposite and will be my last unless they get things sorted out. The hotel itself is beautiful, but housekeeping was a major problem. I had to switch rooms three times, and the third still wasn't properly cleaned. I was exhausted from moving and stayed anyway, though I shouldn't have had to. Every room I tried had hair on the sheets and pillows. In my room the bathroom was filthy, especially the toilet, with body hair on the seat and pee under it. There was hair in the shower, on the wall, and on the floor. I cleaned the bathroom myself, which I was very unhappy about doing on vacation. The tables and balcony sliding door were sticky too. The bathrooms are outdated, the shower curtains were gross, and cleanliness overall was a huge disappointment. My son woke up with pink eye. I told staff about it and brought it up again at checkout, but they seemed not to care. I added some photos, though I left out the grossest ones so I wouldn't disgust people. I hope they shape up, and maybe then I'd consider staying again.

Anthony, the front desk clerk, has consistently been professional, helpful, and easy to approach. He makes sure guests feel cared for and valued. I really appreciate his dedication and all he does.

Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn are in the same building, right off I-95. The lobby is beautiful, and there's a bar on site along with a free breakfast, a nice pool, and a gym. Our room was spacious and nice. 110 Grill, Starbucks, and Chick-fil-A share the parking lot. I'd absolutely stay here again.

It looks updated and modern, but it's far from clean once you look more closely. The trash cans don't have liners, and the bright overhead lights can't be dimmed.
