Extended Stay America Minneapolis Woodbury

My stay has been wonderful so far. I like the room and the location, and the staff are pleasant. Chris is my favorite: he’s efficient, communicates well, has a great sense of humor, and I believe his kindness is sincere. Thank you.

I’m back for my second stay at this extended stay, after leaving and returning from an out-of-state work trip. I’ve already been here over 4mos, and even though I could’ve picked a hotel closer to my job, I chose this one again. Both rooms I’ve stayed in, including the one I’m in now, have been nice and clean. The staff are very nice, I haven’t had any problems, and the location is convenient, with shopping centers and gas stations all within walking distance. When I leave in a few months, I’d definitely come a third time if I get another contract here.

The location is OK and everything else in the hotel may be fine, but the constant marijuana smell is unbearable. I’ll never stay here again. Some residents say it’s been a long-standing issue. What’s baffling is the claim that it’s staff, not residents, causing it. How is it okay for staff to come to work high and smoke while on the job? Crazy!

They didn’t keep track of the cars in the lot and had mine towed. It cost me 800 bucks to get it back. Every other hotel I’ve ever been to had you write your car down at check-in. Ridiculous.
