The room was perfectly fine, with plenty of towels and a free bottle of water, and the staff were nice. The shampoo and conditioner were the one snag for me, especially if you have long hair. Mine didn't agree with them. I ate at the restaurant and the walleye was freaking delicious, though the prices there were pretty high. I guess that's Minneapolis for you, and I'm glad I don't live nearby. Breakfast was very good too. The location worked great for what I was visiting in the area, and I'd probably stay again, circumstances allowing.
8/10
Spent three days here. The beds were cozy, and the place was quiet with parking available. I took a star off because Wi-Fi requires signing up, breakfast isn't included, and on my third day there was no cold water.
6/10
The staff were polite and helpful, and the room was what you'd expect at a hotel. The shower had nice hot water, too. The prices, though, felt outrageous. I felt like I was in a Motel 6 but paying Four Seasons rates for food and water. Breakfast was $24 for French toast and coffee, and bottled water was $5. The restaurant seemed way overpriced for what you get. Wi-Fi also requires signing up to be a member.
10/10
On my recent visits, usually on weekends, the lounge has been poorly stocked. Still, members with the right status card were given breakfast at the hotel restaurant, which is fantastic, and there was water in the lobby. A great hotel overall.

I've stayed here several times over the past couple of years as a titanium elite member. On a business trip I fell ill, and Ian was Johnny on the spot helping me out. I'm very grateful to him and to this property.
