The Reynolds Mansion

We came to Asheville for our honeymoon and chose the Reynolds Mansion because of its four-course breakfast. We loved every minute. Even though we were the only guests in the house, Paul was attentive and made a delicious breakfast each morning. He knows the area well and gave us great suggestions for places to eat and visit. Our room was very clean and beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed talking with Paul each day. We'll definitely come back to the Reynolds Mansion when we're in Asheville again. -The Wingates

This was our third visit to Reynold's Mansion, and we celebrated our 40th anniversary here. The food was exceptional and beautifully presented, and the service and hospitality were impeccable. Thanks, Paul, for a wonderful stay. We also spent our honeymoon here 40 years ago, so it brought back lovely memories.

We stayed four of the eight nights on our vacation in Asheville, in the Carriage House Blue Hydrangea room. It was quiet and comfortable, with a sofa and a working fireplace, and Paul was a gracious host who paid attention to every detail. The four-course breakfast each morning was wonderful, and so were our conversations with Paul. He helped with restaurant and sightseeing ideas, directions and tips. On our first trip to Asheville, the beautiful Reynolds Mansion exceeded our expectations. I'd go back to Asheville just to stay here.

The home has an intriguing history, including its connection with the Hope diamond, and it's a very romantic place with lovely gas fireplaces. Paul, the owner, treated my wife and me like family and shared tips on where to eat and what to see in Asheville. He also offered us a discount to the Biltmore. We had an outstanding visit to the Reynolds mansion a few weeks ago. The four-course gourmet breakfasts were delicious and memorable.
