Best Western Woodhaven Inn

I'm stuck here until Tuesday because I ran out of money, and the only reason I'm staying is that my new job starts then. The halls smell so bad I feel like I'm going to throw up. Room 322's bathroom light doesn't work, and the free breakfast advertised when I booked isn't available. This place needs to be shut down. How do motels like this keep operating? Is there somewhere you're supposed to report them?

Expedia said breakfast came with the booking, but the kitchen was closed during our stay and we weren't offered a refund. Our room hadn't been properly cleaned at check-in either, there was a cleaning rag left on a chair. Our car was defaced overnight while parked beside the front office. At checkout, the desk gave us the manager's card so we could ask for footage for a police report. It's been a couple of weeks without a reply. We won't be back.

The beds were okay and the A/C worked fine, but I wouldn't stay here again. The carpet felt damp, like it was from the humidity, and was gross. The tub was stained and the bathroom sink wouldn't drain. We were there for three nights and the room was never cleaned, they just hung a bag of towels on the door. The outside looks run down, though the lobby seemed decent. The employee wasn't very friendly.

The hotel felt dated and wasn't very clean, so we're definitely not coming back. First we were given a room where the toilet had no water to flush. In the next room, the cleaning smell was so strong it never went away.
