Gigi checked me in after a long shift and was courteous and helpful, and the rest of the staff were friendly too. This is affordable, no-frills lodging and a good value. My room was impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable with different pillows to choose from, and the under-window AC was surprisingly quiet and worked well. The hot water was properly hot. There were no pots, dishes, or utensils in the kitchenette, but I didn't ask since I didn't need them. Breakfast was just okay, with hot drinks and a couple of wrapped items to take along, but that wasn't a problem for us.

The price was quite reasonable, but I'm unsure we'd stay again. Gigi at the desk was really nice and explained everything clearly. Our assigned room was 106. The hallway smelled odd, the tub finish was peeling, and the microwave didn't work properly. On the plus side, the fridge kept our drinks cold and the AC got very cold. It was an okay stay overall.

The front desk clerk was kind, but check-in took longer than any I've ever had to endure. The property was extremely clean and smelled fresh, and it was quiet overnight with plenty of guest parking. Rooms have a full-size refrigerator and a two-burner stove. Ours was decent, though the curtains, furniture, comforter, bed, and especially pillows could use updating. They offer grab-and-go breakfast, but I was eager to skip it and head home. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 the best stay ever, I'd give this place a 4.5.

Gigi has been the person who mostly helps me, and she's consistently professional, accommodating, and caring. She keeps trying even when she's overwhelmed. Being here alone for trucking school, away from my husband and son and the only woman in my class, I really needed the room to feel like home. After class I get what I need from staff, return to the privacy of my room, and can relax and get ready for the next day. I made the bed more comfortable with blankets, and a classmate brought me a feather downer to help me sleep. That still helps me see that this life change is right for me and my family. I'm nearing three weeks here, with a week left. When I first looked the place up from home, I loved what I saw, and for the first week and a half it matched what I'd imagined. Since then, I've noticed things I missed at first, and the company that placed me here will need to explain them when I speak with them next week. Some people's attitudes can be harsh, unkind, and uncomfortable. I've seen things that make me think upper management may not know what's happening here each day. I started keeping records after I raised a concern about a possible safety incident involving someone trying to get into my room, before I understood what was happening. My room was at the end of the hall across from the exit. People who seemed under the influence came to the door, apparently thinking it was the exit. I hope that's all it was.
