I won’t stay there again. One housekeeper was rude: she spoke pleasantly, then walked away saying she was tired of the BS that day. I noticed what looked like bites all over her arms, possibly bedbug bites. Seeing that made me think the hotel might have bugs, and it’s gross. The bathroom was dirty too, and although the entrance looks nice, there’s a funky smell. If employees have bites on them, they should cover them up because it makes the hotel look like it has bugs.

The location was great, close to what we needed while visiting, and the room itself was very clean. I loved the chase! The friendly front desk staff were helpful, and breakfast was good. One morning there was smoked sausage, scrambled eggs, and yellow potatoes; the next, sausage, a western omelette, and potatoes. They also had different breads, oatmeal, and waffles, including smaller waffles as well as regular full-sized ones. There was a moldy smell in the hotel. The third floor had ceiling leaks with trash cans placed underneath, which could explain some of it. Our bathtub also didn’t drain while we showered, which was kind of gross.

I was in town for work for the first time and had a wonderful stay. A winter storm kept me here for a few days, and the front desk crew were very helpful. The rooms were nice and clean, and all the staff were friendly and did what they could to make the stay good. I’d recommend this hotel whether you’re visiting for work or leisure. Kudos to the staff.

Chrissy gave Hilton business members excellent service, going above and beyond. The location is convenient too, near restaurants and shopping. The room needs work. The shower curtain smelled like old gym socks, and there was a strange odor in the room. Housekeeping needs to improve because the cleaning didn’t match the front desk service or Hilton’s room-cleaning standard. You could hear birds all night through the windows, which probably need sealing, and the carpets need a major cleaning.
