Residence Inn is conveniently close to the hospital. My wife was receiving outpatient care at UMASS, 90 minfro where we live, and we needed to return the next day for follow-up treatment, so we stayed overnight. Our TV didn’t work, but the front desk moved us to another room quickly and efficiently. The rooms are immaculate, the staff very friendly, and they accommodated our needs. Marriott properties are among the two brands I always choose when traveling because the accommodations and service are almost always consistently high. This property was no exception.

The free breakfast was very good, and the renovation has made the rooms look much cleaner and more welcoming than when I stayed in 23'. This November of 25' visit was an improvement. I still don’t think the lighting is good. Also, the indoor pool has been removed, though some travel sites still list it.

I liked how peaceful it was here over my three weeks, tucked away from the busy roads. The room was very clean and convenient, with a usable kitchen setup including a stove, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Breakfast was fresh, and the service was friendly and awesome.

My fiance was taking some courses, so we stayed here. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the fitness center was spotless with a nice mix of equipment. Now I feel like choosing Residence Inns when we travel.

The rooms were nice, and the hotel was clean, with really friendly staff and great customer service. Breakfast was the usual buffet for this brand. There is parking, though some spaces are around back and feel a little shady later at night. No complaints, and I’d definitely stay again.
