Stay away. We booked online and had their printed invoice on letterhead, but they weren’t ready for us when we arrived. We had paid in full for two rooms, with bank account proof and their own printed receipt, yet they still wanted to charge us again for both. They told us, “you will have to fight your bank for the money back.” Those were their exact words. There are huge holes in the hallway ceiling, with garbage buckets catching water. I wouldn’t feel safe staying there. I’m reporting them to the BBB and notified the local PD, who is very familiar with issues at this hell hole. Absolute scam.

The quiet, peaceful setting made it easy to rest after a long day, and the beds were comfortable. Parking was easy, and restaurants and local attractions were nearby. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Staff were friendly and attentive from check-in and made me feel welcome. Norwood Inn & Suites was a smooth, enjoyable stay and good value. I’ll definitely stay again on my next visit.

They’re the cheapest place around, and you can tell. But Rahul was awesome. We called ahead with some pretty unusual requests, and they came through for us. He helped carry our things to the room and checked that we had everything we needed. Slept warm and peacefully. Thank you!
