The Reserve Flats

I lived here for a little over a year. The biggest problem is how thin the walls between units are, with so little insulation. You can hear people having sex, smell what they’re cooking, and clearly hear dogs barking at any hour. Management can’t do anything about it, of course.

We love our home. It’s spacious, has a great walk-in closet, and gets wonderful natural light. With the windows open, the breeze is so nice that we hardly ever need the air conditioning. The patio is relaxing, too. The neighbors are excellent, friendly, and the community is quiet and peaceful. It’s good for kids and dogs. The leasing office is amazing, and snow is cleared before we wake up, with the ground and driveway always salted. The place is very well kept.

We’ve lived here for two years and absolutely love it. The place is clean, roomy, quiet, and feels safe. The neighbors and leasing office are nice, and it’s welcoming for kids and dogs. Maintenance requests get handled quickly, and I haven’t had a single issue. Snow removal is a plus. I’ve also enjoyed spotting cardinals and blue jays while relaxing on the back patio.

We’re heading into our third year at Reserve Flats, and we love the space and neighborhood. Our three-bedroom, three-bathroom place is spacious and feels more like a house than an apartment. Leasing manager Jenilee has been a blessing, always responsive and attentive to us as tenants, and she consistently goes above and beyond.
